10+ years implementing and administering NetSuite OneWorld across six high-growth organizations — from 6–7 subsidiary go-lives inside SFX Entertainment's 70+ entity global rollout, to advanced inventory and 11 EDI retail projects at Sunnest, to multi-subsidiary US/AU e-commerce operations and 40+ Celigo integration flows at ASX-listed Princess Polly, to running my own NetSuite consulting practice, to leading Jetson Home's QuickBooks → NetSuite OneWorld implementation. Most recently at Jetson I architected 5+ production AI agents — with Anthropic's Claude Code as my engineering counterpart — that reconcile credit cards, AP, revenue, and rebates end-to-end against the GL, and surface AR + rebate aging.

Agents

5+ production finance-automation solutions I designed and now operate at Jetson Home. Each is invoked by accountants as a Claude Code skill, and each integrates with NetSuite via SuiteQL (reads) and the Import Assistant (writes). I own the requirements, data model, validation, edge cases, deployment, and ongoing operation. Anthropic's Claude Code is my engineering counterpart on the implementation side.

Bank Reconciliation Agent

Unified recon across clearing and bank accounts.

Single reconciliation pipeline covering Float credit-card clearing (5 accounts, ~2,500 txns/mo at 98%+ auto-match rate) and Tipalti AP clearing (3 accounts, ~500 bills/mo). Two subsidiaries, CAD + USD. Auto-generates NetSuite Bank Statement CSVs and journal entries and uploads them through the Import Assistant.

Deal-level recon across HubSpot ↔ NetSuite ↔ Zuper.

Matches ~550 monthly deals across HubSpot, NetSuite, and Zuper field-service jobs. Classifies variances as FX, timing, or true discrepancy and ships results to a hosted dashboard with five drill-down views.

Rebate Lockbox Cash Application

OCR + fuzzy address matching for utility rebate cheques.

Extracts rebate-cheque details from Xcel Energy lockbox PDFs (amount, remittance address, cheque date), fuzzy-matches against NetSuite Sales Order memos, and posts via Customer Payment or Journal Entry.

AR Aging Dashboard

Customer + rebate aging with loan-aware payment chase.

Unified aging view combining direct customer receivables and government rebate receivables from HubSpot and NetSuite. Generates loan-aware payment reminder drafts — financed customers are excluded from direct chase so the AR team never contacts a customer whose balance is settling through a financing partner.

Vertically integrated heat pump company; ~120 employees, multi-state operations (BC, CO, MA, NY).

  • ·Led full NetSuite OneWorld 2025.1 implementation migrating from QuickBooks: 2 subsidiaries (CAD/USD), Advanced Inventory, multi-location matrix BOMs, custom segments and transaction fields
  • ·Designed a custom multi-BOM solution working around NetSuite's geographic-matrix limitations to support installation kits across 4 state markets
